Andrew Monaghan

Andrew Monaghan is currently a Global Fellow of the Foreign Policy Centre, and a visiting lecturer at the Defence Academy of Great Britain. He holds an MA in War Studies from the Department of War Studies at King's College, London and wrote his PhD on Russia-EU relations.

His areas of expertise include Russian politics and foreign policy (on which he has published a number of articles in both Western Europe and Russia), as well as European security.
